Spring Rolls

- 1. Deep Frying – Pour some oil into a small pot. Heat up with medium heat to 165-170 degrees. Then take the spring rolls out of the freezer, and gently add them to the small pot. Deep fry the spring rolls for 10-15 minutes until the colour turns into golden brown. Then transfer onto a plate. Serve the spring rolls hot.
- 2 .Air fryer – Take the spring rolls out of the freezer, open the package, and spray a layer of oil on the outer skin of each spring rolls. Put them in the air fryer, and first fry at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then finally at 200 degrees for 5 minutes to turn them to golden brown.
