Spring Roll Pastry
- Before Use: Take the product out of the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 2-3 hours to defrost. Wrap the unused spring roll wrappers with plastic wrap and put them in a plastic bag to store in the freezer.
Seafood spring rolls:
- Ingredients:Fish 400g, prawn 100g, cabbage 300g, onion 100g, sugar 8g, chicken salt 5g, sesame oil 5g, some pepper, salt 10g
Cooking Method:
- Place cabbage in a blender and chop it into small pieces. Add salt and mix. Place cabbage on a clean tea towel and squeeze out most of the water. Place fish and onion in the blender and chop them into fine pieces, and cut the prawns into small cubes. Add all the ingredients with all the seasoning and mix together. The filling is now ready to be use for making spring rolls. After the spring rolls have been made, you can go to the spring roll cooking method and follow the steps to cook the spring rolls.
