春捲
食用方法:
- 1. Deep Frying – Pour some oil into a small pot. Heat up with medium heat to 165-170 degrees. Then take the spring rolls out of the freezer, and gently add them to the small pot. Deep fry the spring rolls for 10-15 minutes until the colour turns into golden brown. Then transfer onto a plate. Serve the spring rolls hot.
- 2. 氣炸鍋 – 從冰箱取出春捲,打開包裝,不⽤退冰,直接在每根春捲外⽪噴 上⼀層油。放入氣炸鍋,先⽤160度炸15-20分鐘,最後再⽤200度炸5分鐘, 讓顏⾊更好看。
