鮮奶饅頭

食用方法:

  • Steam – Pour a cup of water (250ml) in the pot (recommended to have a bit more water to avoid drying out in the process of steaming). Place a steamer/ rack in the pot and bring the water to the boil. Take the mantou from the freezer and place it on a plate. Then place the plate in the pot, cover, and steam for 12-15 minutes on medium heat. Later, turn off the heat and leave it in the pot with lid closed for 5 minutes before serving.
  • 微波 – 從冷凍取出饅頭,打開包裝,將饅頭用冷水沖濕後放到盤中(可微波用),蓋上保鮮膜,微波2-5分鐘,即可。
  • 煎 – 將不沾鍋用中火加熱,放入少許的油,將油分散均勻。從冷凍取出饅頭,將饅頭放入不沾鍋內放入一碗的水(約100-150ml),之後蓋上蓋子,中小火煎12-15分鐘,直到水煮乾,當饅頭反面變金黃色時即可關火。放入盤中,即可食用。
  • 炸 – 將油倒入鍋中,中火加熱至165-170度,從冷凍取出饅頭,將饅頭切成薄片,小心將饅頭片放入鍋中,炸7-10分鐘,等饅頭炸成金黃色即可出鍋,放到盤中即可食用。
  • 氣炸鍋 – 冷凍饅頭,切一半,抹上無鹽奶油,氣炸鍋200度7-8分鐘,加上煉奶
