Cooking Method:

Ingredients:Pork mince 400g, chives 200g, shallot 50g, sugar 4g, some chicken salt, sesame oil 5g, some pepper, salt 7g, ginger 5g, some soy sauce, some cold water, 1 egg
Cooking Method:
Place ginger in the blende jar, add some water and blend them until smooth. Chop shallot and chives into small pieces and leave in a bowl for later use. Mix all the other seasoning into the pork mince. Add ginger juice slowly and continue mixing until sticky. Finally, add egg and vegetables to the sticky mixture, mix again, and the filling is now ready to be used for making dumplings. After the dumplings have been made, you can go to the dumplings cooking method and follow the steps to cook the dumplings.

Cooking Method:
Chopped Chinese vegetable into fine pieces and mix with salt. Place mixture in a clean tea towel and squeeze out all the water. Place garlic and ginger in the blender and cut them into fine pieces, and also cut shallot into cubes. Place pork mince and all the seasoning into a mixture: mixed them together by adding cold water until it feel sticky. Then add all the vegetables into it. The filling is now ready to be used for making the wontons. After the wonton have been made, you can go to the wonton cooking method and follow the steps to cook the wontons.
